PATH is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Officer to provide planning and strategic support to PATH Uganda office. The Procurement and Logistics Officer will plan the Procurement and Logistics in PATH Uganda, by ensuring cost effectiveness and reliability in the office. S/He will implement and maintain procurement and fleet management policies, systems, and procedures. The Procurement and Logistics Officer will report to the Finance and Operations Director. This position will be based in Kampala, Uganda

The Engineers Registration Board (ERB) is established under the Engineers Registration Act (ERA) Cap 271, as a statutory body with a mission to regulate and control engineers and their profession within Uganda.
The Board is seeking to recruit a Procurement and Disposal Officer to support its secretariat.

General Position Summary
The Procurement and Logistics Officer is responsible for all procurement and logistical aspects of Mercy Corps' operations in the Gulu office. Working closely with Program, Administration and Finance, the Procurement and Logistics Officer is instrumental in supporting program activities and in ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of services. The Procurement and Logistics Officer will support the operations department to ensure routine procurement and logistical functions are in compliance with Mercy Corps policies and procedures. S/he is responsible for program procurement, fleet, Warehouse and Asset management. The position will most intensively support the FCDO funded Climate Smart Jobs programme being implemented in Northern Uganda with an office in Gulu.
