Senior Contracts Engineer

Lead & organize the Contracts entity:
• Organize and control the Contracts function as a managed process daily.
• Establish and promote continuous improvement of Contracts practices, procedures & reference documentation.
• Lead Duet/Triplet demarche with Metier partners and technical managers.
• Coordinate the workload within the entire contract engineer’s workforce.
• Manage the Contracts personnel in cooperation with the Métier Partners, respecting the local constraints and potential synergies.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:
• Coordinate a team or teams of up to a total of eight staff members undertaking field activities in an assigned area or areas, such as at an airport, transit center, third-party facility, camp-based operation or sub-office, or in relation to transportation, including supporting staff development processes such as hiring, providing training, assigning duties and giving feedback to staff members on their performance on a regular basis to  ensure high quality work and the accurate completion of field support activities.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Unreal Engine Developer to work in Uganda.

Responsibilities
• Has the ability to independently replace the driller;
• Possess the ability to inspect and maintain the driller’s room, BOP gas console, and dead-line fixer, master the switch status of each valve in the well control system, and be proficient in operation;
• During the drilling process, you should always pay attention to the change of pump pressure and assist the mud worker to observe the change of the liquid level in the mud tank and have the ability to find out the cause and deal with it;
