Description
Our client is a leading provider of industrial gases, medical oxygen, and fire safety solutions in Uganda. They are committed to delivering high quality products and dependable services that prioritize safety, reliability across industrial, healthcare, and commercial sectors. They are seeking a resilient and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their team.
The Sales representatives will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the field, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and supermarkets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor activities.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
