Uganda Police Force is welcoming Applications from suitably qualified Ugandan citizens for the positions of Election Special Force Constables (100,000) on a three-month contract to serve with the force.
REMUNERATIONS: UGX 469,000 Per Month
LENGTH OF SERVICE: 3 Months
DUTY STATION: Successful candidates shall work from their respective Districts of residence.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be Ugandan citizens with good conduct, no criminal record, and must possess the following:
- Must be a Ugandan citizen with a National Identity Card.
- Proven record of volunteerism with the Uganda Police Force (UPF) will be an added advantage.
- Must be 18 years and above.
- Nationalistic and patriotic.
- At least have a Primary Leaving Examinations result slip.
- Must be physically fit.
- Ready to work long hours and at times under difficult conditions.
- Good communication skills.
- Ready to undergo a Basic Security Training/Course of one month.
- Must be a registered voter in their area of recruitment.
- Must not be a serving officer in any of the Forces.
- Women are encouraged to apply.
HOW TO APPLY
- Handwritten applications addressed to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) should include:
- Photocopies of academic documents.
- National Identity Card.
- One (01) recent passport-size photograph.
- Recommendation letters from LCI, LCIII, and GISO (from the respective districts of recruitment).
- Applications should be delivered to the Police District/Divisional Headquarters no later than 1st November 2025.
NOTE
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews on dates to be communicated.
- Impersonation or presentation of forged testimonials/documents will lead to arrest and prosecution in courts of law.
