Account Executive at NFT Consult
Position Summary:
This role serves as the main contact for client needs and concerns, focused on building strong relationships and maintaining accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals. It involves developing strategic marketing plans to grow accounts, meet KPIs, and leveraging a solid understanding of the company’s products and services to upsell effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Take inquiries and requests from client and address their needs
- Ensure client is receiving the promised / expected services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Oversee and supervise marketing activities / promotions under the account
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong aptitude for tech and collaborative / co-working digital tools such as Google Drive, Trello etc
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- 2-3 years + experience in related role
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce
- Professional certification (e.g. from the Strategic Account Management Association)
- Research and Strategic Acumen
