ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, IMPLEMENTATION, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN AI BASED RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - PRIDE/NCONS/26/00140

Reference is made to the bid document issued in the New Vision newspaper on 9th April 2026 and in the East African Newspaper on 7th April 2026.

Kindly note that the deadline of submission has been extended from 9th April 2026 at 11:00 am to 23rd April 2026 at 11:00 am. The bid opening shall be done on the same day at 11:30 am.

This therefore serves as an addendum to the earlier issued bid document.
The rest of the terms, conditions and requirements as provided in the solicitation document, pre-bid minutes and clarifications issued remain the same and are binding on all bidders.
