JOB DETAILS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the agricultural operation of the vanilla farm
• Supervise day-to-day growing activities and agronomic performance
• Lead a team of agronomy staff and ensure best practices in cultivation
• Work closely with company management to implement agronomic protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic degree in Agronomy or a related field from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of experience in greenhouse farming using soilless (detached) growing systems
• Familiarity with vanilla cultivation – a strong advantage
• Proven team management and leadership capabilities
• Strong English communication skills – reading, writing, and speaking
• Full computer proficiency, including use of documentation, reporting, and analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in the field

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
