Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products.
- Ensure all baked products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
- Monitor stock levels for baking ingredients and report shortages on time.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets and customer satisfaction.
Education & Requirements
Education: Certificate, Diploma, or relevant training in Bakery and Pastry, Food Production, or related field.
Experience: 3 years
Industry Experience: Bakery

- Proven experience working as a baker in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or related setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in baking and decoration.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
