JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Onboard customers in underserved areas.
• Develop strong client relationships with personalized solutions.
• Promote community savings and participation.
• Encourage financial literacy and formal banking benefits.
• Assess loans and recommend creditworthy clients.
• Monitor repayments and reduce defaults.
• Organize budgeting and saving outreach.
• Engage in financial inclusion outreach.
• Track transactions and trends.
• Report on loan recoveries and community impact.
Requirements
• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or related field.
• Experience in community banking or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build community trust.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for loan assessments.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
