JOB DETAILS:
Primary function:
- In charge of the Oilfield Power Generation Operation.
- Resolve Power Generation-related issues and advise on Power Generation Management.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and execute new oil-field power generation commissioning and start-up
- Collect and follow up on Power Generation-related issues left out by the Engineering Team
- Prepare Emergency response as per Emergency Response Plan
- Execute instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor
- Raise and handle Power Generation-related faults and reports
- Cooperate with other departments if and when necessary
- Order power generator spares and ensure sufficient spares stock
- Lead the power generation operation team to carry out normal routine maintenance jobs properly
- Lead power generation-related issues troubleshooting
- Prepare power generation work plan and execute
- Cooperate with the supervisor to control the power generation budget
- Lead and carry out power generation equipment preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for coordination and supervision of power generation-related contractor onsite work
- Conduct onsite power generation-related national staff training
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8 years’ experience in Gas Turbine Generator operation or maintenance, including 4 Years as power generator operator
Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical and power generator Systems
- Experience with power generator maintenance
- Extensive experience in oil production management
- Familiar with international oil industry practice

Level of Education: bachelor degree
