Role Purpose
Reporting to the Global Talent Management Lead, the HR Operations Specialist will provide support to the Global HR Team in different initiatives and projects related to talent acquisition and development and culture.
The main objective of this role involves assisting in various stages of the hiring process. This includes maintaining our recruitment database, conducting screenings, along with collaborating with hiring managers to create a positive customer experience for hiring managers and candidates. In addition, this role supports the development of global learning initiatives. This includes, providing support to network wide priorities in support of creating a positive workforce culture. This includes supporting employee engagement activities, organizational onboarding, conducting surveys to gather employee feedback, and contributing to the development of policies to promote a healthy work environment.
This role requires the highest standards of attention to detail, responsiveness, follow through and quality customer service, as well as the ability to organize frequently changing and varied tasks/assignments, and to work independently and proactively.
Accountabilities
Employer Branding and Talent Management
- Monitors FIF presence on Job Portals and social media channels
- Announces vacancies on internal and external channels
- Manages communication with candidates
- Supports employer branding strategies to attract suitable candidates to vacancies
- Shortlists CVs for vacant positions and organizes interviews and tests with candidates
- Interacts with internal stakeholders to organize interviews, collect evaluation forms
- Registers necessary information in applicant tracking systems
- Supports in collecting talent potential evaluation and analyzes results
- Assists in creating the databases, reports and presentations
Development and Culture
- Collects employee feedback through surveys or other means to support the understanding of current state and workplace culture
- Contributes to the creation and enhancement of policies and initiatives that support positive culture
- Supports in development of new training courses and manages the reporting in relevant software
- Contributes to the enhancement of programs to boost morale, satisfaction and overall engagement
- Supports employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward contributions
- Supports, manages process and audits employee onboarding process for team and employee success
Other Tasks
- Support team with annual operating planning process; supervise review of projects' status and arrange meetings with subsidiary HRs to get the subsidiary results.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is not required but is preferred.
Experience
- 3 years' experience in HR required.
- Proven experience working with data reporting, including Excel, Pivot Tables and creating dashboards and presentations
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of selection technics
- positive attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong organization skills, able to manage simultaneously multiple projects involving various stakeholders and to deliver results within deadlines.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English required
- Knowledge or Russian, Spanish or French desired
Travel requirements
- Availability to travel up to 5% of the time
