Background
Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited runs a three (3) year Graduate Skills department program facilitated by ERA. The Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) is a knowledge intensive industry that requires highly skilled personnel who can only be nurtured through industrial training of fresh graduates as well as refresher training of personnel. This programme ensures effective mentorship and equipping fresh graduates with a platform to begin and build a successful career in the ESI.

Qualifications or requirements
We are looking for recent graduates who:
- Graduated within the last two (2 years)
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, BCom/BBA in Finance or Accounting or any related degree from a recognized.
- Demonstrate strong academic and professional potential
