- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to preparing employment offers.
- Coordinate the employee performance management process, including probationary and periodic reviews.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee HR matters, upholding a professional workplace culture.
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
