INVITATION TO BID

1. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information from Buwambo Seed Secondary School and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 08:00AM-04:00PM.

2. Solicitation documents in English may be purchased from the school on submission of a written application and upon payment of a Non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 only in cash for each coded item/category payable to the School’s Bursar.

3. Submissions must be addressed to Head PDU Buwambo Seed Secondary School, P.O. Box 140, Bombo and delivered to the same office on or before 28th December 2025 at 2:00PM.

4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with guidelines issued by Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority 2025.

5. The submissions will be opened at the school on 28th December 2025 at 2:30PM.

6. This is open to all eligible firms.

7. Buwambo Seed Secondary School is bound to accept or reject any bid*
