Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with open bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act and regulations and is open to all interested eligible bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Bundibugyo DLG Procurement and Disposal Unit for prequalification and bidding documents from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
The method of payment for the bidding document should be through the bank on Bundibugyo District Local Government Grants collection Account number 01400477180101 Stanbic Bank, Bundibugyo Branch and obtain a receipt which shall be attached to the document.
Complete sets of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings 100,000/=. Each item must be applied for separately.
Bidding documents shall be inspected, issued, and hand delivered to Head PDU -Bundibugyo DLG and no liability shall be accepted for loss or late delivery.
The deadline for Bid submission is 1 August, 2023 at 2:30PM and thereafter bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30PM in the Procurement and Disposal Unit and in the presence of the bidders/their agents who may wish to attend. Late submissions shall be rejected.
In addition to the original document, the number of copies required are two (2) and must be submitted in a sealed envelope and category clearly marked.
