LASH TECHNICIAN

Position: Lash Technician
Workplace: Letty Beauty Uganda

Job Purpose

The Lash Technician will provide professional eyelash extension and enhancement services while ensuring exceptional results, client comfort, hygiene, and safety. The successful candidate should be skilled, creative, precise, and passionate about delivering a luxury beauty experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style and preferences.
• Assess clients' natural lashes and recommend appropriate lash treatments.
• Apply eyelash extensions and perform other approved lash services professionally.
• Ensure lash application is neat, balanced, comfortable, and appropriate for the client.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards before, during, and after each service.
• Properly clean, disinfect, and store lash tools and equipment.
• Explain aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
• Monitor clients for discomfort or potential reactions and respond appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment area.
• Keep accurate records of client preferences and services where required.
• Recommend suitable maintenance and follow-up appointments.
• Keep up with current lash trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Provide warm, professional, and personalized customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by salon management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician.
• Relevant lash, beauty therapy, or cosmetology training is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of lash application techniques and aftercare.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good understanding of hygiene and client safety.
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
