We're Hiring a Registered Nurse

Join a clinical team where your colleagues genuinely have your back

We're looking for a caring, competent Registered Nurse to join a close-knit clinical family that supports each other through every case, celebrates wins together, and never leaves a colleague to figure things out alone.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • A genuinely supportive team — senior staff mentor, not micromanage, and every nurse's input is valued in case discussions.
  • Collaborative culture — doctors, nurses, and front desk work as one unit, not in silos.
  • A warm, family-like environment where new staff are welcomed, not just onboarded.
  • The quiet satisfaction of working in pediatric care, where your work changes a child's day for the better.

About the Role
As our Registered Nurse, you'll provide hands-on patient care, support consultations, manage triage, and help ensure every child and parent who walks through our doors feels cared for, not just treated among others

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • 1–2 years and above of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine warmth with children and parents.
  • A team-first attitude — someone who shows up for their colleagues.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a calm presence under pressure.

Nurses from upcountry(outside Kampala) are highly encouraged to apply.
