Introduction

G7 Prime Limited is a construction company delivering quality building and commercial real estate projects. We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for this opportunity.

Job Purpose

Ensure the effective planning, coordination and execution of construction projects, with works delivered to contractual requirements, approved budgets, agreed timelines, quality standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate and delivered on time, with technical requirements, estimates and execution risks properly assessed.
  • Ensure project execution plans, budgets and schedules are realistic and supported by appropriate staffing, equipment and material allocations.
  • Ensure construction works comply with contract terms, approved drawings and specifications, with variations documented and approved.
  • Ensure Quantity Surveyors and Site Engineers have clear priorities, effective supervision and support to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure quality inspections, safety controls and corrective actions are implemented and significant risks promptly escalated.
  • Ensure materials meet approved specifications and their receipt, storage and usage are controlled to minimise wastage and cost overruns.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates, site meeting actions are followed through and contractual or operational issues are addressed.
  • Ensure reliable project reports, completion records and handover documentation are provided to Management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in construction operations and project execution.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Experience in tender preparation, contract management and client coordination.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong construction planning, cost control and resource management skills.
  • Effective leadership, client communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project planning tools.
