TRIDI is a Ugandan-based academic and development organization that seeks to pre-qualify suppliers and service providers for the provision of goods and services in the following categories:

LOTS

1. Office stationery, furniture, and equipment

2. Construction materials and services

3. Fashion, tailoring, and branding

4. Catering services

5. Computer accessories, solar equipment, and electronics

6. Transport services

7. Printing and photocopying services

8. Hotel and accommodation services

9. Event management and decoration

10. Research, data collection, evaluations, and training services

Preferred Qualifications TRIDI invites individuals and companies including painters, sculptors, designers, engineers, researchers, and other professionals with relevant academic qualifications and experience to apply.

Submission Requirements Interested suppliers must submit a written expression of interest including:

• Company profile

• Registration documents

• Tax clearance certificate

• References of previous work

Evaluation Process The evaluation will be conducted in three stages:

• Preliminary Screening (PS)

• First Level Selection (C1 – Cost 10%)

• Final Selection (C1 – Quality 70%, Experience 15%, Cost 5%)
