3. RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS – GROUP BANKING.
The Relationship Officer – Group Banking will be reporting to the Relationship Manager and is responsible for recruiting of clients and visiting prospective clients’ homes and businesses to assess credit worthiness.
Specific responsibilities:
- Marketing the Group lending product.
- Client sensitization and training.
- Preparation of credit applications for credit committees according to policy.
- Loan disbursement according to policy.
- Follow- up and recovery of loans according to policy.
- Ensuring proper filing of all Group Lending documentation.
Person Specifications for Job Positions 2 & 3;
- Should be fluent in commonly used local languages within the area.
- Should be computer literate, highly motivated, innovative & a self starter.
- Ability to build functioning working relationships across organizational, corporate, and cultural boundaries.
- Should have excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Should possess leadership skills.
- Should be honest, trustworthy & have a high degree of integrity
- He/she should not be more than 40 years of age.
- Seasoned and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
