Background

FINCA Uganda is seeking dynamic, sales-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Sales Officers at Head Office.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution or professional body.
• Experience in credit sales, customer service, or loan processing is an added advantage.
• Ability to engage customers through phone-based sales or field visits.
• Good understanding of customer needs, loan offers, repayment terms, and documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in any two local languages is required.
