Windle International Uganda (WIU) is an International Non-Governmental Organisation dedicated to providing inclusive, equitable and quality education and skills development for refugees and host communities across 13 refugee settlements and vulnerable communities across Uganda. WIU works with the government and development partners to create pathways that connect learning and skills to livelihoods, economic opportunities and greater self-reliance, while supporting refugees, persons affected by conflict, host communities and other vulnerable populations to build resilience and improve their wellbeing.

WIU invites sealed technical and financial bids from eligible, reputable and qualified Audit firms for provision of Audit Services under the laws of the Republic of Uganda as per the lots below:

Interested companies are invited to access the complete set of bidding documents, including the Terms of Reference, eligibility requirements, submission instructions and evaluation criteria, on the Windle International Uganda website at www.windleuganda.org/bids. The bidding documents will be available from Monday, 21 September 2026 to Monday, 5 October 2026.

Late bids and bids that do not comply with the requirements of the bidding documents will be rejected. WIU reserves the right to award or not award the contract in accordance with the evaluation criteria and requirements set out in the bidding documents
