Description
Bwinbet Uganda is looking for a motivated and experienced Route Supervisor to join our team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the betting industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage routes, monitor operations and support field teams.
- Must be organized, reliable and results-oriented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support field teams.
- Ensure daily route coverage and targets are met.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
