RukaPay is expanding! We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales execution, client acquisition, and team performance. As a licensed fintech regulated by the Bank of Uganda, we are looking for a leader with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • 4–6 years of B2B sales experience.
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in Fintech, Payments, Telco, or Banking.
  • Deep understanding of Uganda's digital payments ecosystem.
