JOB DETAILS:

An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our Clients, a Cambridge International Assessment Primary School, seeking an Experienced Principal to deliver the vision of this modern international school’s founders. Located in a vibrant Kampala neighborhood, the school seeks energetic and ambitious individuals to fill the following positions:

This role involves, among other responsibilities, the following.

• Lead the school’s vision and mission.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, and compliance with Cambridge International standards.
• Support and evaluate staff performance, lead recruitment, and implement professional development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to manage budgets, staffing, and enrolment targets.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
