Sports and Games Coach (Nakaseke Christian Schools)
Responsibilities or duties
- Identify, train, and develop talented athletes across the school(s).
- Coach school teams for competitive fixtures and tournaments.
- Organize and manage school sports days and internal leagues.
- Ensure the maintenance and proper use of sports facilities and equipment.
- Promote values of teamwork, discipline, and fair play.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Proven coaching experience and certification in major sports (Football, Netball, Athletics, Volleyball).
- A relevant diploma in sports coaching or physical education is an advantage.
- Excellent motivational and team-building skills.
- Ability to work with students of different age groups.
