JOB DETAILS:
DBA Group Africa is seeking a Stores, Logistics, and Dispatch Officer to join their team. This role is crucial for managing the flow of goods and ensuring efficient operations within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, count, label and record incoming stock and issue Goods Received Notes where required.
- Maintain stock registers, location records, transfer records and periodic physical counts.
- Release goods only against authorised documentation and obtain delivery or handover evidence.
- Report discrepancy, damage, loss, unauthorised movement or custody risk immediately.
- Perform approved collections and deliveries with receipts, chain-of-custody evidence and expense support.
- Submit inventory reports to the Business Development Manager.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
