Background
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the largest African Coca-Cola Bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. In Uganda, we are currently seeking to recruit a System Clerk at our Namanve Plant in Kampala.
As a Clerk - System, you will report directly to the Team leader - Warehouse.
Key Purpose Statement
The primary role of a Clerk System is to maintain accurate system transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting operational efficiency within the supply chain and warehouse functions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- System Transactions: Capture and validate stock movements in MSD and related systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for transfers, stock counts, and reconciliations.
- Inventory Management: Verify physical counts against system data, investigate stock discrepancies execute inventory adjustments & perform routine reporting.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage receipts and dispatches of inventory, including reverse logistics, to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Compliance Business Systems & SOP Adherence: Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, SC Ways, food safety (FSSC) requirements, housekeeping standards, quality standards as well as Coca-Cola requirements.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, business administration, stores management, Procurement or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Integrity and accountability.
