We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong ability to engage and motivate learners.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions using various methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to ensure successful application of learned skills.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist trainees in applying learned skills in real-life scenarios.
  • Provide completion certificates that recognize the skills acquired by the participants after successfully completing the minimum set training requirements.
  • Keep detailed records of attendance, session outcomes, success stories, and challenges faced during training and share daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Collect from, act on and provide feedback to trainees to continuously improve the training process.
  • Perform any other related duties as required by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
