JOB DETAILS:

What you will do

• Search, compare and recommend domestic, regional and international flights
• Create and manage passenger reservations and PR$
• Price and issue airline tickets accurately
• Handle reissues, cancellations, refunds and itinerary changes
• Respond to client enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp
• Promote accommodation, airport transfers, tours and safaris

Most importantly, you should have hands-on ticketing experience and be confident using a GDS.

What we are looking for

Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management, Hospitality, Travel Operations or a related field

• At least 2 years of practical airline ticketing and reservations experience
• Hands-on use of a GDS: Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport/Galileo
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, able to work independently and handle urgent requests

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
