JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

To provide strategic leadership, ensure academic excellence, and manage the overall administration and development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
• Oversee academic programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Lead and mentor teaching and administrative staff.
• Manage school finances, resources, and infrastructure development.
• Foster relationships with parents, community, and educational bodies.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, pedagogy, and school administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: associate degree
