Purpose

We are seeking for a skilled Motor Vehicle Mechanic with expertise in fleet Supervision to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, alongside the ability to manage and optimize fleet operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety.
• Manage inventory of vehicle parts and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and organization.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance sessions for fleet vehicles, advising on best practices for vehicle use.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, maintenance activities, and vehicle conditions.
• Collaborate with fleet management to implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and supervise junior mechanics and drivers on basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent in mechanics vehicle most preferred.
• Proven experience as a motor vehicle mechanic, with at least 3 years in a fleet management role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
