  1. The bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at UBTS procurement and Disposal Unit Floor 1, UBTS Nakasero Premises on Plot 69/3 Nakasero Hill Road, Kampala Uganda upon payment of non-refundable fee of UCX: 100,000/- (Uganda shillings One hundred thousand only).

  2. The deadline for Bids submission shall be at 11:am on 12th January, 2026
