  1. UNEB invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: UNEB/SUPLS/2026-27/00001, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BOND PAPER UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR TWO YEARS, Bid Security 229,000,000.

  2. The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at Procurement and Disposal unit Room 46, 2nd floor UNEB Offices Ntinda P.O Box 7066 Kampala Telephone 0414-286635, 0417-773224.

  3. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00am on 11/3/2026.

  4. The bid document is at a cost of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only).
