Abridged Bid Notice for Prequalification, Framework Contracts and Invitation to Bid Under Open Domestic Bidding for Markets tender at Sheema Municipal Council

Bids are invited from competent firms, companies for prequalification, framework contracts for financial year 2025/2026, 2028/2027 and open domestic bidding for markets and other related revenue sources for 2025/2026 to Sheema Municipal Council.

Procurement will be carried out in accordance with prequalification and open bidding procedures specified in public procurement and Disposal public Assets Act, Cap 205 and open to all bidders.

Category A. Prequalification. Works

1. General building Construction and Civil works
2. General Electrical Works / Solar Works

Category B. Prequalification. Supplies

1. Supply of ICT supplies (computers, printers, photocopiers and their accessories)
2. Supply of furniture and fittings

Category C. Prequalification. Services

1. Consultant services
2. Waste management/cleaning services

Category D Framework contracts

1. Hire of road equipment and Vehicles
2. Supply of fuel, oils and lubricants, general maintenance and servicing of vehicles / road equipment.
3. Supply of road construction materials
4. Supply of Printed and assorted office stationery
5. Repair and maintenance of motor vehicles / road equipment
6. Repair and maintenance of ICT equipment
7. Provision of meals and refreshments
8. Supply of spare parts for grader and its accessories, vehicle tyres and other related road equipment.

Category E.

Collection of revenue from markets and other sources (more details will be on Sheema Municipal Council headquarters and Division notice boards)

1. A complete set of prequalification and bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ugc: 50,000= (Fifty thousand shillings only) For category A, B, C and D.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Sheema Municipal Council in Procurement and Disposing Unit from Q8-30AM –OSPM during working hours and Website www.sheemamc.go.ug

The deadline for bid submission for Prequalification shall be 4th July and Revenue sources shall be 27th June 2025 at 11:00am. Late bid submission shall be rejected.
