The Bank of Uganda announces the availability of various assets for Disposal by Public Auction. The

The Public Auction is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, commencing at 10o0am,
at the Bank of Uganda Headquarters, Plot 37/45 Kampala Road.

Prospective bidders are invited to inspect the assets at the Bank of Uganda Headquarters Plot 37/45
Kampala Road from October 13, 2025, to October 24, 2025, between 2:30pm to 4:00pm during working
days.

Please note the following:

a) Members of the public interested in inspecting the assets and participating in the Public
Auction must present their National ID for access to the premises located the Bank of Uganda
Headquarters Plot 37/45 Kampala Road.

b) The assets shall be sold on an as is, where is' basis and Bank of Uganda shall have no further
liability after sale.

c) No asset shall be sold at a price below the official reserve price.

d) The successful bidder, as announced by the auctioneer at the Public Auction, shall immediately
pay a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price.

e) The successful bidder shall within one (1) working day from the date of the Public Auction, settle
the balance of the contract price after which the asset shall be handed over to them.

f) The bidding procedure at the Public Auction shall be outlined by the Auctioneer and shall be
adhered to with no compromise.
