1. The Office of the President - Ministry for Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs has received funding from the World Bank for implementation of the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area – Urban Development Program (GKMA-UDP).

2. Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council as the leading procuring entity together with the participating entity of Mukomo District Local Government hereby invites Requests for Proposals from eligible Consultants for:

Lot 1: Phase 1 Kaliddubi Channel (3.2km) and Box Culverts on Entebbe Road (at Namsuba Bata-Bata) in Makindye Sashagabo Municipality

Lot 2: Kitakombe Swamp crossing, tertiary channels and access Road in Mukomo District

3. The Request for proposals (RFP) document shall be inspected and issued at Procurement & Disposal Department, Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays.

4. Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council shall hold a Pre-Proposal meeting on 21st November, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Council Hall, Makindye Sashagabo Municipal Council, Ndejie Zantia.

5. The deadline for bid submission shall be on or before 10:00 am on 12th December, 2025.
