JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

To oversee teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and academic standards across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate teachers through classroom observations and feedback.
• Ensure curriculum alignment and effective instructional practices.
• Organize and lead teacher training and development programs.
• Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the Head of School on academic policies and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of pedagogy, assessment, and educational trends.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
