JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities
1. Preparing company's monthly financial statements/MIS and provide analytical commentary on performance
2. Prepare weekly payments schedule accurately as per internal approval policies
3. Ensuring statutory obligations (PAYE, VAT, WHT, LST and NSSF), income taxes and provisions are filed and paid for in time
4. Preform monthly payroll analysis linking it to various cost drivers
5. Acting as a contact point for both internal and external audits
6. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by line manger

Requirements
1. 9 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or any other related field
2. Professional Qualifications CPA or ACCA Level II on each a distict advantage.
3. At least 3 Years' experience in a similar role in a reputable company directly involved in financial reporting
4. Experience in use of Tally accounting system
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and demonstrate integrity, independent thinking, sound judgement and attention to details.
6. Strong knowledge of electronic Fiscal Receipting and Invoicing Solution
7. Strong quantitative and analytical competency
8. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and related data analysis tools.
