JOB DETAILS:

The Associate - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE PROFILE

• Perform routine checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee sanitation procedures and personal hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems such as GMP, HACCP.
• Accurately record inspection results, hygiene audits, and corrective actions to support traceability and compliance.
• Participate in internal and external audits, and help prepare necessary reports and follow-up on findings.
• Report quality or hygiene deviations and support investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support hygiene and quality training sessions to promote awareness and compliance among staff.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure consistent product quality and hygienic standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Microbiology or equivalent.
• 2 years in food quality control, retail experienece is a plus.
• Certifications required: HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, FSSC 22000.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
