JOB DETAILS:
ROLE SUMMARY
The BTL Specialist executes on-the-ground marketing activations to drive rider engagement, swap adoption, and brand visibility. This role brings Spiro's campaigns to life in physical spaces and ensures measurable impact from all offline initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute BTL campaigns including activations, swap events, rider engagement drives, and field marketing activities.
- Support the Senior BTL Lead in planning campaigns, logistics, and materials.
- Engage directly with riders to educate on offers and create loyalty around Spiro's offerings.
- Collect feedback, insights, and data from field activations to inform strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.
- Report on activation results, learnings, and ROI.
