PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE SERVICES FOR STAFF AND THEIR DEPENDENTS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

1. The Uganda Investment Authority received funding from Government and intends to apply part of the funds for provision of Medical Insurance Services for Staff and their Dependants for a period of one year.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above procurement.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and request to inspect the bidding on request via email under S(c).

5. The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at S(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) to the Bank. Payment will be made to Uganda Revenue Authority to a convenient commercial Bank after obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the URA website. A receipt from the Bank and an application letter shall be presented to the PDU for them to obtain the bidding document.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at S(c) at or before 10:00 am on 13th April 2026. All bids must be accompanied with a Bid security of Ugx 5,000,000/= (Uganda Shillings Five Million Shillings Only). Bid securities must be valid until 1st October 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the address below at S(c) at 10:30 am on 13th April 2026.

7. There shall be no pre-bid meeting (Request for clarification shall be sent to the email under S(c)).
