CONSTRUCTION OF KOLE TOWN COUNCIL PIPED WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AND SANITATION FACILITIES IN KOLE DISTRICT-MOWEWRKS/25-26/00003
1.The Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Water and Environment has received funding from the Federal Republic of Germany through the Key to the use of a Construction of Kole Town Council Pipped Water Supply Skyetem and Sanitation Facilities in Kole District.
The Entity invites seated bus from eligible biotes for the provision of the above works.
Biding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 203 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all biotes.
Interested eligible biotes may obtain further information and inspire the binding document at the address given below at 8(a) from telefonium to 6:00pm.
The holding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by the elected biotes at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$2.100,000= (Upgrade Sailings One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be Direct Debit to URA Accounts.
This must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before by 1st security of US$2.100,000= (Upgrade Sailings Seventy Million). But securities must be valid until 15th July 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late this shall be rejected. Diss will be rejected in the presence of the biotes representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8.Biotes should not be following:
