The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2023 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm during official working hours.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 8:00am on dates stated in the table above. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for the amount as prescribed in the guarantee in the announcement above. Bid securities must be valid until 8<sup>th</sup> April, 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) at 08:15am on dates indicated in table above.

There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit (Site Visits Mandatory) as indicated in table above.

Bidders should note the following:
a) Documents shall be requested from and delivered to the Procurement and Disposal Units Offices, Ministry of Water and Environment Water & Sanitation Development Facility - North, Plot of Mt. Baruch Road, P.O. Box 351, Lira District.
b) Address of bid opening: The Board Room, Ministry of Water and Environment Water & Sanitation Development Facility - North, Plot of Mt. Baruch Road, P.O. Box 351, Lira District.
The Government of Uganda under the Ministry of Water and Environment through the German Financial Cooperation has received funds through KfW to implement the EU-funding fund framework to Submit Program under the Climate Planning Framework for Refugees and Host Communities in Northern Uganda Program. The EU UNISH and Infrastructure is Submit and funded by the European Commission through KfW under the EU Programme (Secrets for Development Uganda (GND)). Part of the funds are to be used for the acquisition of the above works.
