  • Applicants are informed that all markets and slaughter slabs are applicable to registered associations within their respective areas of operation.

  • All tenders for public convenience have been reserved for Special Interest Groups (women, Youths and People with Disability).

B) Frame work Contracts

  • Servicing and repair of Vehicles including supply of components Ref No. Fort 602/Srvs/26-27/00012

  • Supply of fuel, oils and lubricants Ref No. Fort 602/Suples/28-27/00001

  • Hire of road equipment Ref No. Fort 602/Suples/26-27/00002

  • Fort Portal City Council therefore invites sealed bids for the above services

  • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in Public Procurement and Disposal of public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders apart from the tenders for public convenience which have been reserved for the Special Interest Groups.

  • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 7(iii) at or between 08:00am and 05:00pm. (local time).

  1. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below at 7(iii) and upon payment of an amount refundable fee of UGX: 50,000 and obtain a receipt upon presentation of bank deposit slip to the City Revenue Office to be attached on the original Bid Document. Please note that non-refundable fee will be paid through IRAS and the contact for the local person is 0778, 087,436.

  2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(iii) on or before 1st July 2026 at 11:00 am (local time), late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(iv) at 11:30am (local time) on 1st July 2026.

  3. (i) Documents may be inspected in the office of Procurement and Disposal Unit.

      (ii) Documents will be issued from:

  4. There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 22nd June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. as per the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice and the venue will be the Earth Quake Model House.
