I. Existing providers who wish to be retained must re-apply.
II. Applicants shall pay a non-refundable fee of UGX: 50,000 per item, in their company name to Account No: 0141057986801 at any UGAFODE Microfinance branch.
III. Applicants should submit a payment receipt to the Procurement Unit at the address below to access the prequalification document.
IV. Deadline is 12th January 2026 at 5PM.
