JOB DETAILS:
The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) seeks a passionate, self-driven professional to grow our membership, build partnerships, and support impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and grow our HR professional community
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Support HRMAU events and special projects
- Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders
- Manage member databases and generate analytical reports
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- HR certification or demonstrated HR knowledge
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or similar role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth-driven approach
- Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
