Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
• General work experience (years):
• A minimum 8 years' experience in a senior management position
• Industry: Good knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry or FMCG Added Advantage:
• Specific Experience in the steel industry; experience in development of policies and regulations
• Strategic relationship builder with both internal/external project stakeholders demonstrating personal integrity with a win/win mind-set Experience in opportunity identification; demonstrated success in prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Successful at building and implementing customer acquisition plans. Experience in building relationships; ability to develop customer relationships through existing contacts and relationships.
