JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee dispatch operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Manage stock control and reconcile data with storage systems.
- Prepare stacking/storage plans (FIFO method) and loading plans.
- Generate regular stock reports and daily stock sheets.
- Complete standard waybills accurately.
- Lead and motivate dispatch staff, organizing training for team development.
- Achieve productivity and efficiency targets through teamwork.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Relevant diploma from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an FMCG environment.
- Preferred: Experience in a poultry processing plant (added advantage).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
