Role Overview
We are seeking an Employer Solutions Manager to lead the rollout and adoption of our capability that enables companies to use our platform to pay their workforce seamlessly within their markets. This is a commercial and client-facing role with responsibility for selling to employers, ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving ongoing adoption. Over time, the role may expand to cover a broader suite of employer-focused offerings such as insurance, HR solutions, and B2B lending.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Employer Engagement
- Build and manage a pipeline of employer clients, from outreach to closing.
- Represent the company externally with HR leaders, CFOs, and payroll managers.
- Develop and refine employer-facing sales materials and presentations.
Onboarding & Customer Success
- Own the onboarding journey for new employers, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.
- Deliver training and support to HR and payroll teams to maximize usage.
- Create playbooks and processes to ensure strong retention, satisfaction, and upsell potential.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with product and operations teams to ensure employer requirements are met.
- Work with compliance and finance teams to ensure payroll and payment processes align with regulations.
- Collect employer feedback and translate it into structured insights for product development.
Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell future employer-focused solutions (insurance, HR offerings, B2B lending).
- Track KPIs for employer acquisition, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Contribute to scaling employer solutions across multiple sectors and geographies.
Data & Performance Management
- Track and report KPIs for employer acquisition, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Use data insights to refine sales approaches, onboarding processes, and employer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in B2B sales, employer solutions, fintech, payroll, or HR tech.
- Proven track record of selling to employers (SMEs and/or enterprises).
- Experience in onboarding and supporting business clients with financial or HR-related solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to deliver adoption and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work hands-on in a scaling startup environment.
